We're a trucking company built around dedicated FedEx Ground linehaul service in the Inland Empire — and around the drivers who make it run.
Newman Industries was built around a simple idea: a trucking company should be easy to work for, and easy to work with. We operate dedicated linehaul routes within the FedEx Ground network out of the Bloomington, Rialto, and Chino hubs — a focused lane structure that lets us do one thing and do it consistently well, instead of spreading a fleet thin across freight we don't know.
We're an Inland Empire company, run by people who understand what it actually takes to keep freight moving on schedule and keep drivers home when they're supposed to be home. As our lane coverage grows, we're investing deliberately in our equipment, our safety program, and the team behind the operation — rather than growing faster than we can support well.
What We BelieveFedEx Ground runs on schedule. We build our operation — equipment, dispatch, and driver support — to hold up our end of that schedule, every run.
Our drivers are the operation. We build routes and schedules around getting people home, not around squeezing out one more mile — drivers chasing max miles get max miles, and drivers balancing miles with home time get schedules built around that instead.
No load is worth a shortcut. Safety standards apply to every driver, every truck, every run — without exception.
From dispatch to pay to scheduling, we'd rather tell drivers the truth plainly than oversell something we can't deliver.
